- We were informed when we purchased this fantastic MV Agusta that it had been owned for the majority of its life by just one owner, who had purchased it new on August 29th 1977. Some years ago ownership was transferred to the owners son who then sold it to a friend of his in about 2007. That Gentleman retained the motorcycle until earlier this year but as neither the son or his friend transferred the registration into their name, the documentation shows it as being a one owner motorcycle.
- The motorcycle appears to have been sold new in Treviso, near Venice in north-eastern Italy, and it resided there with the licence number TV 86730 until recently.
- We were informed by the vendor that this motorcycle has "fresh paintwork and a recently overhauled engine incorporating new pistons, gaskets, etc." The excellent condition of this lovely motorcycle would certainly indicate that at least the paintwork claim is true, as sadly there are no invoices for any of the works.
- Imported into England in April 2013.
